01Who we are

prefireskins.com is operated by TORNIKE LTD, company number 17449192, registered office Suite 6039 128 Aldersgate Street, Barbican, London, England, EC1A 4AE. In these terms the company is called the store, we or us. You can reach us at support@prefireskins.com.

PrefireSkins is a trading name of the company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Valve Corporation.

02What these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase made through prefireskins.com, to the use of the website and to any account you create on it. Separate documents that form part of the deal: the Privacy policy, the Refund policy and the Complaints policy. Where they overlap, the more specific document wins.

The version of these terms published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We may change the terms for future orders; the date at the top tells you when they last changed.

03Who can order

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You have a Steam account in good standing: no trade ban, no VAC ban that blocks trading, the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled for at least 7 days, and a public inventory.
• You are buying for yourself, with your own payment method, to your own Steam account.
• You are not using the store to launder money, to move items on behalf of a restricted account, or to evade a Steam restriction.

We may refuse or cancel an order when any of this is not the case. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.

04What you buy

Every listing is one Counter-Strike 2 in-game item, called a skin. Skins exist inside Steam under Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement; what you buy from us is the service of transferring one such item into your Steam inventory, not ownership of the underlying software.

The item delivered matches the name and the exterior shown on the product page you ordered from (for example, AK-47 | Redline, Field-Tested). Inspect data on the product page, such as float, stickers and pattern, reflects the listing at the time you viewed it and is provided for information.

Skins are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If the item you receive does not match the name and exterior you ordered, section 9 (Refunds) applies.

05Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable tax. The price on the product page at the moment you check out is the price you pay. If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or payment provider converts it at its own rate.
• The payment methods available are listed at checkout. Payment is taken in full before delivery.
• An order is placed when you confirm it at checkout and accepted when the payment provider reports the payment as complete. We confirm acceptance by email.
• Items are bought for you on the market after payment. If an item can no longer be obtained at the price you paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full within the timeframe in the Refund policy.
• Obvious pricing errors (a price that is plainly wrong because of a technical fault) do not bind us; we will tell you and offer the correct price or a refund.

06Delivery

Delivery is a Steam trade offer sent to the trade URL you entered at checkout, usually within minutes of payment. The offer has the item on the sender's side and nothing on yours.

• You need to be logged in to Steam to accept the offer. Accept it in the Steam client or on steamcommunity.com.
• Items under a Steam trade hold are sent when the hold ends. Trade holds are set by Valve and we cannot shorten them.
• If the offer expires or is declined, contact us with your order number and we send it again or refund the order.
• A wrong, expired or private trade URL is your responsibility. Check it in your Steam settings before you order and update it in your account if it changes.
• Never accept a trade offer that asks for your items. A genuine delivery never does.

07Your right to cancel and why it ends at delivery

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content this right ends as soon as the content is supplied, if you asked for supply to start within the 14 days and acknowledged that the right ends.

At checkout you tick a box that says exactly that: you ask us to start delivery at once and you accept that the right to cancel ends when the trade offer is accepted. Until the offer is accepted you can still cancel, in full, by writing to support@prefireskins.com.

08Refunds

Any item that has not been delivered, meaning the trade offer has not been accepted, is refunded in full on request. Once the trade is accepted the item is in your inventory and the sale is final.

If delivery fails, if we cancel a line, or if the item does not match the name and exterior you ordered, you get a full refund or, where you prefer it, a replacement. The details, timeframes and the way to ask are in the Refund policy.

09Accounts

You can order as a guest or with an account. An account keeps your orders in one place and remembers your trade URL. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

Signing in through Steam creates or links an account using your Steam ID and public persona name. We never see your Steam password. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

10Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details when you order and keep your trade URL current.
• Use your own Steam account and your own payment method.
• Do not dispute a payment with your bank for an item that has been delivered. Contact us first; every dispute is answered.
• Do not attack, scrape, overload or try to bypass the security of the site, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close an account, refuse orders and report fraud to payment providers and, where the law requires, to the authorities.

11Steam, Valve and things outside our control

Steam, Counter-Strike and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Trade holds, trade bans, VAC bans, inventory restrictions, changes to the game or to the Steam trading system and Steam outages are decided by Valve and are outside our control. We are not responsible for losses caused by them, but where they stop us from delivering we refund you in full.

12Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or by our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by a wrong trade URL, by accepting an offer that did not come from your order, or by a restriction placed on your Steam account.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

13Content and intellectual property

The design, text, code and layout of prefireskins.com belong to the company or its licensors. Skin images are renders of in-game items and are used to show what is on sale. You may not copy the site or its content for commercial use without written permission.

14Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell us: support@prefireskins.com, with the order number. We acknowledge every complaint and aim to resolve it within the timeframes in the Complaints policy. Nothing in these terms stops you from taking a dispute to a court or, where available, to an alternative dispute resolution body.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in another country you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
